How we’ll work together

We meet inside a 7-week 1:1 trajectory, creating a steady container where you can gently descend into the body in layers — using your voice as the guide. 

Here, your voice is invited to emerge from sensation rather than performance, from truth rather than technique.

At the beginning of our work together, we’ll have an Intake Call where we get clear on:

  • the 3 places where you currently feel most held back, contracted, or silenced

  • the 3 embodied experiences you are longing to feel by the end of our time together

These aren’t just goals.
They are anchors — living intentions that guide the work and keep us deeply connected to what matters.

We’ll open space for more range.
We let your voice return as something living — something felt, embodied, and deeply yours.

This is a devoted, intimate 1:1 container held over 7 weeks (meeting once every week or two), where you are supported with depth, presence, and full attunement.
