In it all, what we do is clearing work. This refers to the process of releasing physical, emotional, energetic, and psychological blockages that restrict the natural flow and authenticity of one’s voice. It’s an essential part of the journey because our voice isn’t just a physical sound — it’s a mirror of our inner landscape. And what i love so much is, that in this process, the voice itself becomes the instrument of healing; the very thing we wish to liberate is also the tool that leads us there.
I also like to work with the different frequency centers in our body.(also known as Energt Center or Chakras). area in your body that holds a specific vibrational pattern — like a “resonance hub” where certain energies, emotions, memories, or potentials are stored. And through voice, breath and movement we can release old patterns and allow new expression to bring us back into alignment with our natural state of being. I could write endlessly about this and i believe strongly it’s something to experience.
With my guidance, you will enter a state of active listening, to all that lives within you. To all that has been shut away, numbed or left unspoken. To tend to all the tender places with reverence and curiosity. Allowing your authentic sound to return, open, and transform. Clearing work brings you back to the truth of your voice, of who you really are — in clarity, groundedness and wholesomeness.
